I look back a few months and I realize: Yolanda has noted me early on. Somehow, at every step I did, entering this world, she was

near.  And still: I don’t feel pushed, although I am pretty sure she does that. I don’t feed led, and yes, I strongly suspect she does

that,  too.   If anything, I feel pulled.  Through her gentle and not-so-gentle pulling, I am giving birth to myself as a monster, a

collage of possibilities. How should I describe it?

The way she keeps a space open for me to tinker, changes the light, so everything looks so strange and new, changes the

scenery so I find myself in unknown territory, and how she makes me feel her protective presence emboldens me.

When the student is ready, the teacher will find him, it is said. A year ago, I would not have been able to process anything that

happens when she speaks. I don’t think that I understand much, but I can feel myself processing.

Does she know that I ask myself: What if she’s right?  What if there really is a world out there that I am in communion with? I

mean, really? What then, if every move I make, or don’t make, has ripple effects throughout the universe? How can I navigate

through a world like this? How can I even move a finger?

And yet: It’s the moves that I don’t make that scare me most. I need to press forward. I feel held every step of the way. I imagine,

when I do something  scary, she is right beside me, nudging me to do the next step, and the next, and she whispers in my ear:

You got this.

If I turned back now, I would find only ashes.

She says, and I know it to be true: it’s far too late for this. 

But do you know how I tremble when you say: Its time, man. Spread your wings.

It’s a sacred fear I did not know existed.   

Yolanda, you did this.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I came to Yolanda’s port so serendipitously I could only say yes… a knowingness a recognition of SOUL kin a flavor a frequency… Yolanda – thank you… DUST mites –

Thank you… Thank you for our journey for this world-field we have danced into being together…

I came already undone astonishingly in the utter shattering of all that had been, in finding through losing all, through annihilation – I came on the heels of that passage of sidling seeping sifting into the cracks and down deep, reckoning with a complete pixelation and an everywhere scattering, with what to compost and; salvage, with codes rewriting in every cell…

I came feeling so brittle reduced to the finest-finest bone dust at the end of the phoenix fire – so much deep alchemy of ancestral patternings my body my cells the laboratory site… and; I still don’t know that I can say what DUST “is” – but I know the syrup is in – this dust of dry burn subsumed and alchemized – in the container of DUST…

To be held and stewarded like this in Yolanda’s deep wisdom care and amazing unwavering LOVE is rare medicine… and I-we all have been held like this – her being and; teaching to create culture and; world like this: the most resolute modeling of dignity presence and; sovereignty; the deeply real no nonsense human grounded and; vast SOUL at home in all; strong teachings earth steady and galactic both; poetic codes of word-worlds rewiring – blueprints excavating from the cakings of colonization – liberation technologies ancient and new reviving BODYMINDSOUL rememberance…

Such generosity of sharing of holding, and warm belly laugh and equally deep earnest tenderness – the unique fullbodysoulness of Yolanda offering each tailor made medicine… for me it has been one I didn’t know was possible, potent clear, the sweet elixir of DUST trickling soothing nourishing churning and; fine-tuning a brittle nascent structure I had tried to shape in isolation, the elemental balance off…

So I stand transformed… new anew again through another alchemy so deeply healing and generative…

Throughout the DUST journey I have been able to see myself in pieces. Mostly confused.

I realise that I spent a lot of my life in confusion. Confused why people say one thing and do another or are unclear in their

behaviour and words.

This generated a part of me that “needed” to control what it could and “have a plan to follow”.

Often stifling the part of me wanting to share JOY in the world.

This programme has given my controlling self NO room to take the lead.

For many weeks it felt abstract and confusing - thus forcing my old pattern to resurface and to breakdown.

Having other dust mites as well as Yolanda has been an imPORTant part of the programme. Other SOULS going through the same

experience. Helping with clarity by sharing their stories and not by telling me what to do.

In this way I often received what I needed to hear without having to ask.

While writing about my origin, with a new perspective, I realize that it has been necessary that there has been no known pattern,

as I feel I am aligned with my soul again on all levels - emotionally, mentally, physically and most of all energetically.

Having spent most of my life getting to know myself and doing all sorts of personal development programmes, it is great to see

that I have reached deeply hidden parts of myself without having to actively look for them or ask what they need - as the

answers have come naturally in the space provided. I now look forward from a place of JOY.

Thank you Yolanda for sharing so much - written, verbally and energetically. Sometimes beauty, sometimes profound, sometimes

painful, sometimes soothing - always touching something in me somewhere. You’re a beautiful soul with a desire to share and

If you’re reading a testimonial it’s because you’ve encountered Yolanda and your curiosity has been piqued.

So I write this directly to you.

Let’s be real, this is not for anyone who has spent any amount of time with Yolanda. Those friends and I are already fully

engaged, living the adventure of our lives. Maybe we’ll smile reading this when we want to cuddle into a moment of warm

nostalgia, remember, and laugh with those first times we met Yolanda. Maybe we’ll loop back in kindness to new friends…

to leave a few breadcrumbs in the forest as I’m doing now.

I can only say what I’ve experienced. Your results will most certainly vary, especially as they relate with your expectations

and ideas of results and willingness to risk a little. Most simply put, a few things I’m noticing, observing, and welcoming

when I’m around Yolanda…

The very first thing I noticed—I was drawn to the beautiful paradox of Yolanda. She exudes a warm quiet and also dynamically,

geniusly, raucously flows with word and story and peels of delicious laughter. Both the quiet and the flow enhance each other in

a way that’s so settling/unsettling, I knew I was in the company of a sincere and agile love. She speaks in poetry I’ll be unfolding

for years. She often stuns me with the right speed, tenderness, nudge I didn’t know I needed until I wake up noticeably more at

ease the next morning.

I’m observing the faces of my course companions and their centers of gravity—I don’t know if their faces have changed or my

eyes have changed. But they are more radiant, their sense of balancing is more supple, in motion, and engaged. I think it’s them,

I think it’s me, I think it’s all of us. I know it’s partially my eyes because I’m also seeing things anew in other beings I encounter.

I’m savoring my time with Yolanda…her shining beauty, her rich poetry, her supple wisdom, her life force.

Which is also to say I’m savoring myself and all my companions in gentler fiercer ways than before.

I’m grateful for the ways her companionship is inviting me to stretch and LOVE. I’m grateful to know and LOVE Yolanda.

There have been different reasons in my life for seeking guidance from ‘sources’ beyond normal convention.

It depends on the question. At times I have sought an answer to an earthly question, what I call a question of matter.

Then there are times when I know my questions are not of this world. These questions and requests emanate from my soul or

prompts from my ancestors or guides or soul mates or angels (whatever ).

This time it was the later that prompted me to join DUST. Not only was my earthly world covered in dust literally as building

renovations were being done in my earth home but also I was in a desert of DUST in my soul or spirit or being (whatever).

DUST – I did not know what to expect, it just felt right and it was right for me. Yolanda, unlike other interactions with earthly

mediums, diviners, channeling (whatever ),  reaches, touches, reconfigures (literally with language, letters and words),

a space and message,  and dare I say teaching, that speaks to each. Do what you will with it. Hear what you will with it.

But it was for me a profound communication with that space beyond this world that I long for and am an essence of.

Yolanda is generous and holds space that has no bounds. It is a honour to be included in that sphere.
